Hardy Zhou joined Feingold & Alpert as Counsel in 2023.

Prior to joining Feingold & Alpert, Hardy spent nine years at global law firms Baker McKenzie and more recently Ropes & Gray where he focused his practice on advising corporations, startups, partnerships, LLCs, other joint ventures and investment funds, as well as high net worth individuals, their closely-held businesses and family offices on a variety of domestic and international tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations, fund formation and investments, transfer pricing, tax controversies, executive compensation and employee benefits, capital market transactions, real estate transactions, tax minimization strategies for multinationals and estate and trust planning and pre-immigration and expatriation tax planning for individuals. He also has extensive experience working with foreign counsel and coordinating advice across multiple jurisdictions.
